Black Panther Party leader Eldridge Cleaver listed as treasurer, while White Panther Party founder John Sinclair isa listed as secretary of the treasury. Rare Anti-U.S. Government piece is in very good to excellent condition as shown in the photos. Very bright color. Will frame up nicely. Smoke and odor free.
