This is commemorative medallion or coin. It is in an envelope with Kate Smith stamp on the right top corner. It commemorates the Philadelphia Spectrum and the Flyers Stanley Cup win there - 1967 to 2009. On the bottom left of the envelope it notes: God Bless Kate Smith and the Broad Street Bullies "Win today - and walk together forever." The card is in the envelope and pictured - front and back.
